We've got the experts you've been looking for here at Kingwood. We employ a full staff of factory-trained and Harley-certified technicians with over 80 years of combined experience. All of our technicians follow a continuing education program, which means that all of them are completely up to date with the latest developments for your particular model. Sound good? There's plenty more: since most of our service work is done by appointment, we can set reliable completion dates for most repairs. Even though it's a seasonal business, and we get very busy during the summer months, our goal is to get you an appointment for your scheduled maintenance or tire change within 5 business days or less. With easy scheduling, it's a snap to get your motorcycle serviced at Kingwood.

Recommended Maintenance and Dyno Tuning

Service Appointments and Early Drop Box

Kingwood welcomes walk-ins but only if there is an opening in the schedule. We also offer easy appointment scheduling Monday through Saturday. Schedule an appointment by calling the service department, submitting an appointment ticket on our website, or by stopping by the dealership. We are here for you.

We offer convenient while-you-wait service Monday – Saturday! You can wait here at the dealership and do some shopping, check out the new bikes, or just meet some new people. If you’d rather pick your bike up the next day, no problem! The Kingwood service department will work with your schedule to make pick-up as convenient as possible.

If our service hours don’t work with your schedule and you need to drop off before or after work, please use the Early Drop Box. The Early Drop Box allows you to leave your bike safely at the dealership while our service department is not open. Simply park your bike in the bike parking along the front of the store, fill out the provided envelope (make sure to sign this so we have the authorization to start your requested service as soon as possible), put your keys/fob in the envelope, and drop it in the box. Our staff will take it from there!

Pick Up & Delivery

Then there's our motorcycle pick up and delivery service. If you're too busy or the weather's too unpredictable, don't neglect your motorcycle. We have a motorcycle-specific trailer, so we can pick up your motorcycle, take care of its needs, and drop it off for you! Give us a call for more details.

Transportation & Towing

Bike in for Service and you need to get to where you're going? No problem. Kingwood Harley-Davidson® is conveniently located near the Vienna/Kingwood Metro Station on Nutley Street.

If you are a H.O.G.® Member contact H.O.G® Roadside Assistance 24 Hours a day 1-800-258-2464.
H.O.G.® Members are entitled to one free tow every year. You can upgrade your membership for unlimited service. Contact H.O.G.® for more details.

In Case of Emergency Kingwood recommends Kingwood Towing. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
